Roll is referring to operational definition not about the “NotRalenti” running engine definition.

For example in an AGV it is considered to roll if any of these are true (active):

  1. Ground is tilted about X-axis of the CHE

  2. Making roll rotation

It is not considered to roll

  1. Engine running and vehicle not driving

  2. Vehicle is working but not moving

  3. Any internal element running (moving) or internal parts that need to be running continuously (fans, ventilation etc)
