Turning right: movement that generate the change of the orientation of the equipment coordinates system to the right direction relative to forward direction with translation movement (generally along X-axis).

Moving right: Lateral movement to the right direction which is relative to forward direction of the crane.

“Right” is the opposite of “Left” while the subject is Working.

Right represents if the machine is turning while it is “Working”

Right is referring to operational definition not about the “NotRalenti” running engine definition.

For example in a classical CHE it is considered moving to right direction if any of these are true (active):

  1. Inputs to the equipment from the operator is drive to right direction

  2. Turning to right direction (SC, TT, RS, ECH or similar)

  3. Moving to right direction (Gantry or similar)

It is not considered turning right

  1. Engine running and vehicle not driving

  2. Vehicle is working but not turning

  3. Any internal element running (moving) or internal parts that need to be running continuously (fans, ventilation etc)
