Spreader

Twistlock locked in corner castings to ensure safe lifting of the container. Locked condition should reflect the actual spreader operation mode (Single or Twin) and all twistlocks should be fully locked. Could be that the cargo is not locked but also not unlocked (not free). Classical example when some twislocks are locked but not all of them. If not all the elements that guarantee a safe and secure connection between the cargo and the subject are not in place then locked is false.

The connection could be rigid, mechanic (twistlocks), flexible etc.
