The average time spent by a carrier in the terminal area for picking and/or dropping a cargo.

This KPI refers to the average time that a carrier (vessel, truck, train, etc.) spends during drop-off and/or picking up activities depending on terminal operations. It represents the average time that the carrier spends within the terminal premises under the control of the terminal itself.

For this KPI related to trucks, the starting point is considered as the completion of the gate-in process at the terminal, and the endpoint for time calculation has been considered the completion of the gate-out process at the terminal.

For this KPI related to vessels, the starting point is located at the end of the mooring process upon arrival (timestamp of lastline), and the duration will be delimited by the end of the unmooring process during departure (timestamp of firstline).
