This KPI refers to the total time that a truck spends during cargo drop-off and/or picking-up activities depending on the orders to be executed. It represents the total time that the carrier spends within the terminal premises under the control of the terminal itself.

The starting point has been considered as the completion of the gate-in process at the terminal, and the endpoint for time calculation has been considered the completion of the gate-out process at the terminal.
