By default, the “gross productivity” refers to the performance of a subject “STS” to make a move (not limited to box, but also to all the types of moves that a subject can handle e.g. hatchcover, lashingcage, bundle, breakbulk, gearbox, ohf) while is operating (gross operational time) in the time unit hour.

Due to data availability, the easiest way to aggregate the number of confirmed moves is through the jobinstruction order deliver confirmation event, which represents when an order has been accomplished by the machine (move done).

“Gross Productivity” takes as “gross operational time” the total time the machine was On 2023.009 (ready to work), using by default the indication of “logged” as the most appropriate data source for this purpose.

Nowadays gross productivity is usually measured through the confirmed “move” units done by a subject (usually a CHE) through the TOS. The systems are not registering the real moves done, they only register the process-wise confirmed moves.
