Further Detail | O | Towage is a sub-process of CarrierVisit.Arrival and CarrierVisit.Departure process. Towage may occur on Arrival (inbound to the port) or on departure (outbound from the port) or while shifting between berths.  The Towage “start” event occurs at the date/time a towage service provider starts attendance to the vessel when the first Tug tug is connected or standing by the vessel. It is applicable for both arrival to the berth (inbound) or departure from the berth (outbound) or shifting between berths. Towage “end” event occurs when the last Tug is disconnected or released by the vessel. It is applicable for both arrival to the berth (inbound) or departure from the berth (outbound) or shifting between berths.  | TIC Description |
