Carriervisit Turnaround Time is the total time spent by a carrier in the terminal area for picking and/or dropping a cargo.

This KPI refers to the total time that a carrier ( vessel , truck, train, etc.) spends during drop-off and/or picking up activities depending on terminal operations. It should be understood as the time during which the carrier vessel must follow the terminal's instructions. It represents the total time that the carrier vessel spends within the terminal premises under the control of the terminal itself.

When this KPI is related to trucks, the starting point has been considered the completion of the gate-in process at the terminal, and the endpoint for time calculation has been considered the completion of the gate-out process at the terminal.

When this KPI is related to vessels, the The starting point is located at the end of the mooring process upon arrival (timestamp of lastline), and the duration will be delimited by the end of the unmooring process during departure (timestamp of firstline).
