The total time spent by a vessel in the terminal area for picking and/or dropping a cargo.

This KPI refers to the total time that a vessel spends during drop-off and/or picking up activities depending on terminal operations. It represents the total time that the vessel spends within the terminal premises under the control of the terminal itself.

When this KPI is related to vessels, the starting point is located at the beginning of the mooring process upon arrival (Arrival Mooring firstline), and the duration will be delimited by the end of the unmooring process during departure (Departure Mooring lastline).
