It is considered idle only if all these actions are false:

  1. All inputs to the PLC from the driver

  2. Handling (Hoist, Trolley or equivalent)

  3. Driving, displacement (Gantry)

  4. Alignment

  5. Locking

  6. Unlocking

  7. Spreader extension-retraction-change of mode.

Will not be taken into account

  1. Engine running

  2. Internal adjustment of ropes tension

  3. Any internal element running (moving) or internal parts that need to be running continuously (fans, ventilation etc)
