By default, the “productivity” refers to the number amount of cargo in boxes performed Move by a CHE during its operating time.Average Moves , = CHE deliver productivity when logged (box/h)

Due to data availability, the easiest way to aggregate the number of confirmed Move is through it is using the jobinstruction order deliver confirmation event, which represents when an order has been accomplished by the CHE (move done).

Nowadays productivity is normally is measured through the confirmed “deliver” units done by a subject (usually a CHE) through the TOS. The systems are not registring registering the real moves done, only the process-wise confirmed moves.

In case of using a Productivity KPI with an specific machine or type of machine with specific type of cargo, this should be indicated in the name of the KPI (ie RTG Productivity only 40 feet box)
