Means that the che health it is ok, without one specific fault in the coolant control sensor of the engine. But it is close to consider it as at fault so it has a general powersource but a interlock on the transmission give a warning in the powersource.

Another more human readable example would be: an engine is close to overheat it’s coolant temperature, hence the CHE sends out a warning per TIC 4.0, which could mean operations planning the maintenance of cooler cleaning.
