Cargo only includes “goods” so other loads that are not “goods” are not included like: hatch covers, twistlock boxes, gear boxes, overhead frames, safety cages, gondolas.
The cargo can be splittable or not splittable. If the cargo is not splittable it will keep the same id, size and weight (properties) over all the cargo life cycle.

Over time a specific cargo id can have different sizes and weights for several life cycles. Classic examples are a container or a flat rack.
